Clear geometry and complete manufacturing notes help the system process the job without a clarification loop.
DXF and DWG for flat parts
Export at 1:1 scale in millimetres. Keep one closed profile for each cut edge, remove duplicate lines and avoid title-block geometry inside the cutting layer. Select the material, thickness and quantity in the store.
3D models for formed parts
Use the 3D-model route for cut-and-fold requests. Include a drawing or notes for critical dimensions, bend intent, finish faces and tolerances. Formed geometry and flat patterns are checked before production release.
