How custom work moves from quote to manufacture, and what happens when details change.
Custom-made parts
Sheet-metal parts are made to the accepted customer drawing and configuration. Once production begins, cancellation or refund options may be limited by material committed and work already completed.
Acceptance checkpoint
The quote, drawing revision, material, finish, quantity, fulfilment and timing must be accepted before work begins. Report any discrepancy before acceptance.
Problems with completed work
Contact the team promptly with the reference, photographs and a clear description. We will review the completed work against the accepted production information and applicable consumer guarantees.
