2. Configure and price
Choose the work, material, thickness, dimensions, finish, quantity, timing and fulfilment method.
3. Approve and collect
Every drawing receives a production check. After quote acceptance, the factory makes the parts for pickup or delivery.
Standard request
Clean DXF or DWG, common sheet material, raw finish and straightforward cutting or folding.
Production review
STEP files, special finishes, folded material above 6 mm, urgent work or quantities above 500 are checked by our team.
Human estimator
Welding, assemblies, inserts, tapping, structural work and complex fabrication need a manual review.
Built-in fallback protection
If the pricing service cannot return a dollar figure, the complete configuration and private CAD files are retained. The Heidelberg West team can continue the quote without asking the customer to start again.
