Quote requests

An online submission is a request for review, not a binding production order. A quote becomes available after the drawing, material, finish, quantity, fulfilment and timing have been checked.

Pricing and review scope

Pricing is based on the customer-supplied files and selected manufacturing options. Unless separately quoted in writing, the price and basic production review do not include design-for-manufacture services, engineering review or verification of the design, dimensions, tolerances, material suitability, fit, function, safety or intended use.

Order acceptance

No manufacturing starts until the written quote and production details are accepted. The confirmed order documents take priority over preliminary website selections.

Customer-supplied information

The customer is responsible for ensuring that supplied files, revisions, dimensions, tolerances, bend information, material selections and production instructions are accurate, complete and suitable for the intended use. We may pause an order if we notice an apparent issue, but our basic review does not guarantee that every file or design issue will be identified.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufactured by Westberg Sheet Metal in Heidelberg West. The fulfilling entity is Westberg Metals Pty Ltd trading as Westberg Sheet Metal.
