We collect contact details, configuration choices, delivery details, CAD files and basic source-attribution data supplied with a quote or contact request.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources and whether a contact or quote form is completed. Form-field content, CAD filenames and customer contact details are not sent to Google Analytics.

CAD files

Files are uploaded to private storage for quote review. Secure internal download links expire. Uploaded content is treated as untrusted and is not executed or rendered as HTML.

Use and disclosure

Information is used to review, quote, manufacture and fulfil the request. It may be shared with necessary production or delivery providers where required for an accepted order.
